HI! Thanks for comming to my pledge page. Hopefully what i say to you will inspire you to help me.
My puppy Lucy got into some trash and stole an old shaver. I found her chewing on it and took it away. What i discovered next was very upsetting.... 2 of the three blades in the razor were not there.
An X-ray revealed that she had infact swallowed the two blades. The vet told me she needed exploritory surgery right away.

I left the vets office in tears. Not only was i afraid my puppy...my baby... was going to die... I was also now faced with a $800 dollar vet bill.

So far things are going okay. Lucy came out of surgery just fine and she is expected to do okay. In about 2 weeks if things dont take a turn for the worst the $800 dollar vet bill will most likely stay at $800.

So... The reason I put up this pledge site is to ask for a helping hand in paying this vet bill. I live on my own and just bought a car... i make enough money to support myself and pay my bills, but with this unexpected turn of events Im going to have a hard time affording this surgery.
